Lifetime is the lifetime of the app not your lifetime, once its stopped you no longer have the right to claim back any refunds.
The other party to the agreement (resellers - copy owners) is not entitled to violate any of the rules of the agreement previously agreed upon between the op management and him, and whoever does so, the agreement and the contract between us and them will immediately be voided and the second party (resellers - copy owners) is not entitled to refunds or claims by any means and the keys / copy of the other party will be suspended immediately and deleted.
Any reseller who remains inactive for an entire season will have their panel permanently deleted along with all associated license keys.
If you are not an active reseller, your reseller panel and all related data will be removed from our system.
Activity period: If a reseller fails to remain active for one full season, their access and reseller privileges will be revoked permanently without the possibility of recovery.
You shall not use the item in the way that would harm third parties and (or) the developer during the use of the item. if you do so, it will happen on your own responsibility.
You shall not use the item in any illegal way or in a way that could violate any third-party rights. if you do so, it will happen on your own responsibility.
We cannot be held responsible for the inability to use the application due to the downtime of third party software or any other errors.
You are buying a virtual item and will not send an unauthorized transaction, dispute, claim or anything related. you have received your virtual item, therefore you are not eligible to retrieve your money sent after a successful purchase.
All sales are final and we don't accept or perform any refund. please ask any question you might want to ask, on discord before you buy.
Op is a trademark, and any unauthorized use of the op brand, name, or logo is strictly prohibited. we take the integrity of our brand seriously, and any misuse will result in appropriate actions to protect our identity and reputation.
Op is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized leaking of subscription content. subscriptions are strictly for individual use.
If you are found violating our terms and conditions, including creating or distributing videos, tutorials, or guides on how to bypass, alter, crack, or compromise our services in any way, your access to our products will be permanently revoked.
Users who dispute a payment will be permanently banned from our services.
The following actions will result in subscriptions termination:
- Attacks against our webserver, including ddos attacks.
- Creating a dispute after the refund period.
- Utilizing an unreasonable amount of server resources.
We are not obliged to inform you of changes in our 'terms conditions and privacy policy'.
